May, 4 "Vecchia Porta Chiusa"

Quarto giorno, quarta foto. Questa e' la porta di una casa abbandonata che si trova in una strada non lontano da dove vivo. Non so perche', ma mi piace tanto fotografare il legno logorato dal sole, quando fa mille crepe e la vernice che lo ricopre si scrosta ed inizia a piegarsi su se stessa....mi piace, non so perche'!

Da domani i miei impegni giornalieri cominceranno ad aumentare, sara' quindi notevolmente piu' difficile trovare il tempo per dedicarmi a questo mio "challenge". Ma non per altro si chiama challenge....! E' bello saper di dover in un certo senso dedicarmi ogni giorno ad una mia "creazione", troppe volte infatti scatto e scarico le foto sul computer, e poi loro stanno li' in attesa che io trovi il tempo e la predisposizione mentale per dedicarmici.

Fourth day, fourth shot. This is the door of an abandoned house not far away from where I live. I don't know why but I really like taking pictures of the wood when it has been ruined by the sun, and it starts cracking and the paint on it starts chopping off and folding on itself...I like it, I don't know why!

Starting tomorrow I'll be much busier and it's going to be more difficult to find the time for this challenge. But that's why it's called a challenge...! It's nice knowing that I somehow have to dedicate myself to one of my "creations" everyday, too many times in fact it happens that I go out, shoot some photos and simply download them into my computer. And they just stay there waiting for me to have the time and right mood to work on them.
